Welfare Party of India expressed concern on Bihar’s election results and congratulated Tejaswi for displaying remarkable ability of a politician.
National President of Welfare Party of India Dr SQR Ilyas said the results in Bihar Assembly election did not seem fair and suspected high chances of ballot tampering through EVM and reiterated the party’s demand for poll by ballot.
He said the victory of the BJP-JDU-HAM-VIP alliance has paved the way for a fourth successive term for Nitish Kumar in office however he will be a junior partner subjunctive to the mighty BJP.
He congratulated Tejaswi Yadav for leading the campaign successfully at such an young age and taking up the actual issues of the people of Bihar, he however said Manjhi, Kushwaha and the Dalit leaders should have been accomodated in Mahagadbandan instead of allowing them to be misused by the BJP.
He said Congress party which became the cause for Mahagadbandan’s defeat has lost credibility amongst the masses and in Bihar with neither good leadership nor cadre at the grassroot level ,it should not have been given more than its previous tally.
