WPI strongly condemn the gruesome murder of Farmers in UP’s Lakhimpur Kheri and demand resignation of UP chief Minister and central minister involved.

Welfare Party of India strongly condemned the gruesome murder of farmers by the BJP convoy and demanded resignation of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Union Home Minister of State for Home Affairs and BJP MP Ajay Kumar Mishra and said they are drunk with power which is giving them this impunity.
National President of Welfare Party of India Dr SQR Ilyas expressing deep anguish and expressed condolence to the bereaved families of the farmers who lost their lives and strongly criticised the shameful incident in Lakhimpur Kheri district of Uttar Pradesh where the agitating farmers were trampled to death and several others injured by the BJP goons in the garb of law makers.
He said after failing in having a healthy dialogue with the farmers, the BJP government is now using violence and deliberately killing & injuring the protesting farmers, by running over a car which was a part of the convey of Union Minister of State for Home Affairs.
He said there should be a impartial enquiry into this gruesome incident by the Supreme Court sitting judge and the guilty should be given capital punishment and compensation to the families of those killed and injured.
He implored the citizens of the nation to stand in solidarity with the farmers and against
this insensitive, gruesome cold blooded murder and said this is an awakening call for the entire nation to overthrow murderous BJP government.
Dr Ilyas said no words are enough to describe this inhuman act which has lowered our nation’s head in the entire world and said this shameful incident can be drawn comparison with the Jallian wala bagh massacre and said this spark will set India ablaze if BJP government doesn’t roll back the contentious farm laws.
